Simply fabulous vintage culottes style dress of 100% cotton, whimsical stylized Angel Fish print in red, black and white. It has a strapless bodice in which the shoulders come up over it. It has a full metal back zipper and the back and sides are smocked on the boned bodice. This allows for variable sizing. The straps have 2 buttonholes, so it can be adjusted for height as well as criss-crossed in back.

It has a flattering wide waistband, and a box- pleated "skirt" which is actually full culottes legs. You can't tell it's not a skirt easily. A perfectly unique dress! The label is Peck and Peck, 5th Avenue, New York; very good quality item.
